Pastor Scotty & Leading Lady Lafoya Pearson
Pastor Scotty L. Pearson was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a young adult, he was taught and mentored by several spiritual and community leaders. It wasn't long until he felt a pull on his heart to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and build the Kingdom of God.
Humbly and faithfully, Pastor P accepted the call to serve God's people. His obedience, submission and passion were highly esteemed in the community. He was a diligent Youth Pastor, Van Driver, Sunday School Teacher, Janitor, Praise and Worship Leader, Associate Minister and more. Through many years of service, Pastor Pearson was prepared and molded to be a Pastor after God's own heart. In October 2014, through sincere prayer and fasting, Restoring Faith Ministries was birthed.
As Founder & Sr. Pastor of Restoring Faith Ministries, Pastor Scotty has received a mandate from God to “train up disciples to live in the Kingdom of God, by practicing Kingdom living.”
Pastor Pearson is married to his wonderful, intelligent, anointed, and talented fashionista, Lafoya. For over 20 years they have been on a journey of love, faith and service to God and one another. They are the proud parents of seven beautiful and gifted children.
