Children's Ministry (3 years-17 years)


Description: Youth ministry volunteers help children connect with God. It is a place for our children to explore the Bible through song, parable, scripture and engaging activities. Obedience and Love is our focus as we disciple young people to Christ . Skills helpful in this ministry include: teaching, patience, creativity, energy, kindness, lesson planning & snack preparation.


*A background check is needed to serve in this ministry.


Time Commitment: 1-2 times a month on Sundays for a minimum of 1.5 hours

Media Ministry

Description: The purpose of the Media Ministry at Restoring Faith Ministries is to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our visually-driven, ever-changing world through the use of technology and media, and to equip other ministries of RFM to use as a worship and outreach tool. Skills helpful in the ministry include: technology, creativity, social media savvy, photography, audio visual equipment, editing software and PowerPoint. 

Time Commitment: 1-2 times a month on Sundays for a minimum of 2.5 hours or 5 hours per week from home.

Restoring Kings Men's Ministry

Description: This ministry is appropriately named Restoring Kings designed to teach all men how to apply the Biblical Principles to everyday life. We will purposely build relationships, accountability, and an understanding of all generations of Men to better equip us for today’s obstacles that we may face. The Restoring Kings ministry will assist in creating a safe environment for men to discuss the day to day pressures of life. This will be done initially through prayer and the study of the scriptures. We will seek to build more brotherhood as a men’s department. The goal lastly is to have men understand their true place in God’s Kingdom as strongmen.

Time Commitment: Meeting times are every 3rd Saturday of the month start time may vary

Hospitality & Greeters Ministry

Description: The Hospitality Ministry strives to show the love of Christ to all members, visitors and friends of Restoring Faith Ministries by greeting everyone with a smile as they walk into the house of God. Skills helpful in this ministry are: friendliness, punctuality, warm and outgoing personality. 

An Usher is a very important officer of the church who serves as the servant leader, an orderly and a caretaker of the Church and all its treasures; material and souls. Skills helpful in this ministry include: punctuality, organization, patience, passion to serve others, discernment, observant and humble.

Time Commitment: 1-2 times a month on Sundays for a maximum of 1 hour

Intercessory Prayer Ministry

Description: Our primary function is to pray for the people of God. You must be willing and able to pray without ceasing. We are subject to share in a time of fasting, consecration and studying God’s word. We are dedicated, focused, committed and devoted to establishing a pleasing and powerful prayer team as unto God. Our assignment is to be lead and fully equipped by the Lord by way of prayer.

Time Commitment: Ongoing; Prayer meetings and Study every other Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 pm

Special Events & Beautification Ministry 

Description: Involves planning and coordinating Special evens such as,;

Beatification of the church, Coordinating Pastoral/Church Anniversary, Coordinates Thanksgiving/Christmas IN-REACH and OUT-REACH, Coordinates Weddings, Pastor & Lady Birthdays.

Skills and Specification - Must be a team player, passionate about event planning, works well under pressure, management and organization skills and deadline oriented.

Special events coordinator also meet with clients, locate vendors, Caterers, entertainment, organized transportation, search for keynote speakers and generally make sure the event runs smoothly and handle any crisis that may come up.

Time Commitment: 1-2 times a month
